Service Details:
- In-Store Service: This service is available at our physical location. The cost includes both parts and labor.
Parts and Materials:
- Aftermarket Parts: We generally use aftermarket parts, unless you specifically request otherwise. Availability and pricing for refurbished parts are subject to change.
- Refurbished Screens: Our refurbished screens consist of original Samsung LCDs (extracted from broken screens), original flex cables, and a new glass frame. We refurbish old LCDs and digitizers by attaching them to new glass to ensure functionality.
Mail-In Repairs:
- If you opt for mail-in repairs, please include a return shipping label with your device. Note that we are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping.
Warranty Information:
- No Warranty: We do not offer a warranty for breakage or water damage.
