No. Lyca Mobile plans are prepaid — no contract, no commitments, no credit check.
How do I activate my SIM card?
Dial 622 and enter your ZIP code when prompted — or just let us activate it for you in the store.
Can I keep my current number?
Yes — numbers can be ported to Lyca Mobile. Ask us in store and we will help you move your number over.
Where can I find my Lyca Mobile number?
Dial *613# (or 97#) on your phone after the SIM is in.
I forgot my PIN / PUK code.
Your PUK code is printed on the SIM card holder from your starter pack. Lyca Mobile customer service is at 866-277-3221.
