How delivery works: digital services and downloads are delivered by email after we confirm your order / inquiry. Everything is sent or booked only after we confirm it with you first. Remote services are done by screen-share or phone, on a device or account you own.

What we offer

Licence wording, on every design asset: Personal = non-commercial use only, end products are not for sale. Commercial = end products for sale up to 5,000, one business social account. Extended Commercial = end products up to 250,000, unlimited business social accounts. Copyright stays with Cellular Geeks, the file itself is never resold or shared.

• Prepaid plan help: activation and porting help on your own account, with carriers we are authorised for.
• Antivirus & security suites: 1 to 10 devices, 1 year, code by email. $31.99-$209.99/yr.
• Office software: Microsoft 365 from authorised distributors only, install help available. Priced by plan.
• Password managers & VPN: known brands only, code plus setup. $29-$99/yr.

We only sell codes and plans from authorised sources. If we are not authorised for it, we do not sell it.

6. Gift cards & memberships

• Cellular Geeks gift cards: $10, $25, $50, $100, or $250, sent by email.
• Protection membership: free diagnostics, priority repair, and member pricing. $5-$30/mo by device. This is a pricing membership, it is not insurance.
• Tune-up club: tune-ups and health checks through the year, family version available. $9-$29/mo.
• Remote support plan: priority remote fixes and support. $49-$149/mo.
• Prepaid service packs: buy sessions ahead, use them any time. $99-$399.
